Providing a mindful community so you can tap into connection and make some space for rest and healing, wherever you are.

Welcome Friends and Family to the Compassion Circle,
With the challenges that COVID-19 continues to throw at us, it is understandable to be left feeling helpless, anxious and saddened by the suffering and grief, especially during this third wave in India, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
There are many community and corporate groups that are stepping up and providing a range of products and services to help people most in need. But there are also many of us, with skills and capabilities, that want to help with mindful action.
So, a group of us have volunteered to start the "Compassion Circle" - an online community gathering that offers some simple but powerful practices of Mindfulness, Meditation and Mindful Movement. We hope that wherever you are, you can tap into connection and make some space for rest and healing. Our intention is to sit together (virtually) and make ourselves present to the moment, for overactive minds to settle and to enjoy some much needed recharge and relief.
We are offering access to this Circle for friends and family of people in India, Sri Lanka and Nepal, based wherever in the world, to join us and experience the compassionate connection of these get-togethers.
If you are currently in the middle of a lockdown, isolated from family and friends, remember you are not alone. We are all in this together.
We look forward to sharing.

"Not all of us can do great things. But we can all do small things with great love"
